The incisions for her face lift were hidden in standard positions.  For patients who have even more excess skin in the front of the neck, I use a procedure where the incision is made right down the middle of the neck.  In a couple months, we will have a Surgery tutorial showing that technique.  Don't forget to sign up to our mailing list so we can let you know when the new tutorial is mounted on the site.
