Hoo, boy, look at that neck line after surgery.  Don't expect a result like this from a face lift operation.  It's a rare face that responds so nicely in the area underneath the chin.

She was a good candidate for surgery, because she had good bone structure, mild jowling, and that sag that you see in her neck.
