In the section on noses with humps, we learned that on a nose with a
prominent hump, it's hard to see the hump when the patient is facing directly into
the camera. Here, on a patient with a prominent deflection of the nose to
one side, it's hard to see that deflection when the patient is turned away
from the camera, in a profile view or a far oblique, such as these pictures.
