If you have a nose that deviated to one side or the other, your nose will look bigger when you turn away from the camera toward the side of the deviation (his left, in this case) and your nose will look smaller when you turn away from the camera opposite the direction of your deviation.  That's one reason some people say they have a "good side" and a "bad side" when it comes to photographing their noses.

This was clearly his "bad side."

Just from looking at my pictures, which procedures do you think will help improve and feminise my face? If you want to know more about my stature, I'm 19 years old, 5'9 and 140lbs.

Hi Louise.  Rhinoplasty may be one option.  A "smaller", "thinner" nose may be considered more feminine.
