	Face lift, jowls, oops: something else is different here. She decided to have a rhinoplasty after the face lift turned out so nicely. The jowl can be a harsh-appearing feature, and so can the nasal hump. The rhinoplasty operation is not just for the very young. Combining the results of the two operations worked well in her.
