Even if we are not critically analyzing a face, that little jowl is our
subconscious clue that the face has been aging. In the after picture, her
entire face appears more youthful, even though nothing at all was changed in the
upper half of her face.

Just from looking at my pictures, which procedures do you think will help improve and feminise my face? If you want to know more about my stature, I'm 19 years old, 5'9 and 140lbs.

Hi Louise. Rhinoplasty may be one option. A "smaller", "thinner" nose may be considered more feminine.
