This face with a great chin and great cheekbones held a nose that was a little too projecting and a little too long.  Many people use the term "long" differently from how plastic surgeons use the word, so I've put links to definitions here.

Questioner: What would be involved in Rhinoplasty 2nd revision on nose tip? Do I have Melasma or Freckles on my upper lip/ mouth?
Hello, I had rhinoplasty in August 2013 and a revision in September 2014. My nose is now asymmetrical in the tip and I'm just wanting to know what exactly would be involved in a second revision to have this fixed? Also if anyone could tell me, if I have Melasma or Freckles on my upper lip/around my mouth? Thank-you for your help in advance :)

Dr. Denenberg's answer: Another revision should address more than just the asymmetry of your tip
Hi,
I see the asymmetry of your tip, but the asymmetry is small, and small asymmetries are very difficult to correct. However, usually when there is an asymmetry like that, some of the other views show other problems that can be corrected during a revision operation. Can you post profile and three-quarter views? You might get some useful comments.
