The profile view is the classic view to show augmentation of the
dorsum. Look at the part of her nose that sits just in front of her
eye to see the major part of the augmentation. This view also shows the
elevation of the tip of her nose.

Hi Louise. Rhinoplasty may be one option. A "smaller", "thinner" nose may be considered more feminine.
