Her long nose required elevating the tip, taking down a hump, and shortening the nose.  But she had another operation, too.  She had a chin augmentation, to make her weak chin appear stronger.

In a chin augmentation, an implant is placed in front of the jaw bone to bring the chin forward.  Bringing the chin forward at the same time as making the nose smaller puts the face in better balance.  The profile gets an improvement that the rhinoplasty alone couldn't achieve.
