Her tip was elevated only very slightly. The main change was in the
relationship between the tip and the dorsum. After surgery, with the
hump gone, her dorsum is a straight line, and the tip projects out just a little
bit farther than that line.

Beverly Hills Doctors versus New York Doctors sense of aesthetics.
Hi, I am going to have a revision rhinoplasty soon. I am a male and I do not want my nose to look "done." Several people have told me that Beverly Hills doctors prefer a more "done" look than NY doctors. They say it is the style differences of the 2 cities. Is this true?

Hi! Beverly Hills has surgeons who can give you a beautiful, natural nose, surgeons who will give you a nose that looks "done," and surgeons who shouldn't be operating on noses at all. New York City has all three kinds of surgeons, too. You pick a surgeon based on whether you like the results he has been able to accomplish for others, not on his location.
