This nose had a few strong features that we wanted to soften so that it would
fit her face better. She had a hump along the dorsum, tip cartilages
that were strong and prominent, the nose was too projecting, and there was a
small amount of columellar show. All in all, these features made the
nose stand out too much on this pretty face.

Questioner:
Would I be a candidate for non surgical rhinoplasty to get rid of the bump in my nose and raise the tip?
(Questioner submitted photos)
Dr. Denenberg's answer: Non-surgical rhinoplasty can only make a nose look larger
Hi. A non-surgical rhinoplasty cannot remove a hump, nor can it raise a tip. The mechanics are easy: removing a hump and raising a tip would make a nose look smaller, but injecting something *into* the nose can only make it look larger! See?
