She started out with an excellent position to her eyebrows.  I removed the excess skin from her upper eyelids at the same time as the face lift.  Then, we let her heal up from the first operation for about two months before proceeding with a chemical peel of her entire face.

Note that the peel alone reversed many of the signs of aging in her lower eyelids.  She did not have lower eyelid surgery.

Questioner: Please Could You Tell Me What They Can Do to my Nose to Make It Look Smaller. Would It Look Stupid?
I need it smaller asap :(

Dr. Denenberg's answer: Reduce the hump, and bring the nose back closer to your face
Hi,

From your photo, you seem to be a reasonable candidate for a rhinoplasty. See my "Web reference" link for a morph I made of your nose.

I brought the tip of your nose back closer to your face, and reduced the hump. I can't really tell from your photos here, but you may also have strong tip cartilages, and the tip could possibly be reduced in width.
