We don't often think about the nose when discussing how to reduce some of the signs of aging, but in the right patient a rhinoplasty could almost be more effective than some of the other traditional facial rejuvenation operations, like a skin peel or a face lift.

Note that this nose was deprojected at the same time that the hump was removed and the tip elevated.
