Questioner: Would I be able to get a new nose that still fit my face?
I have always had so-so feelings for my nose. There will be days I absolutely despise it, and days I accept it for it's unique quality. People say it fits my face, and I agree with them, which is why I am inquiring to the professionals. Would I be able to get a new nose that still fit my face? I am drawn to the elegant look, and still want my nose to be fairly long, just not as extended out from my face, or bulbous at the tip. It is also quite wide. What can be done?

But you need to be very careful in selecting your surgeon. The ability to expertly handle significant work on the tip of the nose, and decreasing how the nose extends from the face, is not something that every plastic surgeon possesses. You need to see your surgeon's before and after photos to see if he has been able to make for others the changes that you want to see for yourself.

See the video link for a simulation of reasonable and possible changes to your nose: I simulated narrowing the tip, reducing and narrowing the small hump, bringing the nose closer to your face, and leaving it long enough to be called "elegant."

Also, remember that profile views that show a hump reduction do not tell you anything about how the surgeon handled the width of the tip; you should see many different views, not just the profile.
