Most of the rhinoplasty examples on this site are female patients, but of course the operation works just as well on men.  Most people would judge that his nose was simply too large for his face.  He still wants a strong, masculine nose: he's got a tall face and a strong jaw.  But the nose can be adequately strong and still fit the rest of his attractive facial features well.

Questioner: What Can Be Done to Improve the Appearance of my Nose? (Photos Provided)
I dislike the flat, boxy tip of my nose and the fact that it seems to have very defined edges like a cube. I'm wondering if it's possible to have the part overhanging my septum partly removed and reshaped, making the septum appear thinner and the tip rounder. I also wonder if it's possible to have the boxy edges literally shaved off. How possible would it be for my nose to be shaped more like Winona Ryder's, pointier, more graceful nose? Thank you for your help.

Dr. Denenberg's answer: Need larger photos!
Hi,

It does appear from the photos that your tip can be improved. Your photos, however, are far too small for a surgeon to see good detail. Post larger ones, and I'd be happy to make a morph showing what you could look like with a good rhinoplasty. Click the "Web reference" link for a before and after of a patient who had a nose perhaps similar in some features to yours.
