From the side, it's more difficult to see width of the tip, but you can see
that those prominent cartilages projected out away from her face, causing the
tip of the nose to appear to stick out beyond the line of her dorsum.
While narrowing the cartilages, I brought the tip of her nose closer to the
face, aligning it better with the rest of her dorsum.

Beverly Hills Doctors versus New York Doctors sense of aesthetics.
Hi, I am going to have a revision rhinoplasty soon. I am a male and I do not want my nose to look "done." Several people have told me that Beverly Hills doctors prefer a more "done" look than NY doctors. They say it is the style differences of the 2 cities. Is this true?

Hi! Beverly Hills has surgeons who can give you a beautiful, natural nose, surgeons who will give you a nose that looks "done," and surgeons who shouldn't be operating on noses at all. New York City has all three kinds of surgeons, too. You pick a surgeon based on whether you like the results he has been able to accomplish for others, not on his location.
