Her brow lift more than doubled the distance from her upper lid eyelashes to the bottom of the eyebrow.  Attacking this upper eyelid region by using an upper lid blepharoplasty instead of a brow lift would have been a mistake.

She still has some thin excess skin in the upper lids, and that can be corrected with upper eyelid surgery at another date.

She also had a chemical peel of the lower eyelids to reduce the heavy wrinkling in that area.
