How much hump was taken off of this nose?  The hump in the before picture appears very small, so that entailed only a small reduction.  But as the tip of the nose was deprojected, more hump had to be removed, to keep the dorsum from sticking out beyond the tip.

As you bring the tip of the nose back toward the face, you have to bring the dorsum back closer to the face, too.

Dr. Denenberg's answer: Reduce the hump, and bring the nose back closer to your face
Hi,

From your photo, you seem to be a reasonable candidate for a rhinoplasty. See my "Web reference" link for a morph I made of your nose.

I brought the tip of your nose back closer to your face, and reduced the hump. I can't really tell from your photos here, but you may also have strong tip cartilages, and the tip could possibly be reduced in width.
