This woman had an unsatisfactory rhinoplasty elsewhere before she came to see
me. In some of the pictures on this site, it may seem that removing a hump
isn't rocket science: just put a file or a scalpel on the hump and it's
gone. But a rhinoplasty is never that
easy.
She was left with irregularities along her dorsum and along the side
walls of her nose. The after picture was taken after the revision rhinoplasty
operation that I performed.

Questioner:
Who are the rhinoplasty revision specialists in the United States?
I need an ENT and facial plastic surgeon that specializes in rhinoplasty revisions. It doesn't seem like many are out there. Please refer me to some besides Cochran, Hilinski, and Frankel. (Questioner submitted photos)
Dr. Denenberg's answer: They seem to be all over the place!
If you ask a surgeon to name the three greatest surgeons of all time, he'll have trouble thinking of the other two.
Key is to look at a doctor's before and after photos, and see if you like his results. See the Web reference link.
