The fat in her lower lids is causing only the small convexities beneath her
lower lid eyelashes. The eyes look more open in the after picture, but
that's just because I caught her squinting a bit in the before photo.

Just from looking at my pictures, which procedures do you think will help improve and feminise my face? If you want to know more about my stature, I'm 19 years old, 5'9 and 140lbs.

Hi Louise. Rhinoplasty may be one option. A "smaller", "thinner" nose may be considered more feminine.
