How short should a nose be? The factors we consider are the patient's
age, sex, height, preferences, as well as some more subtle considerations,
including the nose's vertical height, the length of the upper lip, the thickness of the
skin, and other factors.
If you don't mind looking at photos that were taken during surgery, the
surgery tutorials on rhinoplasty contain a discussion
of how to decide the final length of the nose.

Would I be a candidate for non surgical rhinoplasty to get rid of the bump in my nose and raise the tip?
(Questioner submitted photos)
Dr. Denenberg's answer: Non-surgical rhinoplasty can only make a nose look larger
Hi. A non-surgical rhinoplasty cannot remove a hump, nor can it raise a tip. The mechanics are easy: removing a hump and raising a tip would make a nose look smaller, but injecting something *into* the nose can only make it look larger! See?
