It's harder to tell what happened from the front view, but perhaps you can see that the tip of his nose doesn't stand out as an isolated feature in the after picture.  The after photo doesn't show as much of a shadow just above the tip of the nose.

Questioner: By looking at these photos of my nose do you think I would be a good candidate for a non surgical nose job?
And if so what has to be done is it possible to make it look smaller because I don't want it to look bigger then what it is

Dr. Denenberg's answer: Non-surgical nose job? Oh god, no.
A non-surgical nose job:
1) can **only** make a nose larger
2) is almost *never* a good idea.

I know there's lots of writing about non-surgical nose jobs out there, but really, 99.99999% of it should be ignored.

You have a hump and a tip that projects strongly forward from your face. Those features are correctable only with a surgical rhinoplasty.
