Her rhinoplasty succeeded in removing the hump, turning her profile line into
a slight concavity. The dorsal line can be straight on a
woman, or on many women a slight concavity is also acceptable. We never
want the concavity to be too obvious, however, or the nose will look
"scooped out."

Hi Louise. Rhinoplasty may be one option. A "smaller", "thinner" nose may be considered more feminine.
