This patient is an early but acceptable candidate for a face lift, to smooth
out the jowls and reduce the fold of excess skin in the front of th neck. She also had a skin peel, which smoothed out the wrinkles
in the upper lip and the skin irregularities at the corners of the mouth and
extending down from the corners of the mouth.

Hi, From your photo, you seem to be a reasonable candidate for a rhinoplasty. See my "Web reference" link for a morph I made of your nose. I brought the tip of your nose back closer to your face, and reduced the hump. I can't really tell from your photos here, but you may also have strong tip cartilages, and the tip could possibly be reduced in width.
