The signs of aging developed in this face in typical ways: the jowls
developing as drooping skin along the jaw line, the excess skin in the neck, and
the creation and deepening of the lines that extend downward from the corners of
the mouth and from the edges of the nostrils.
She had a face lift for the jowls and sagging skin and a peel for the wrinkles in the
oral region. Her longer, thinner neck and good jaw line gave her the
possibility of a better result, as the skin draped over her good bone structure
in the pull of the face lift.

Questioner:
Septo/rhinoplasty Consult?
Hello, I had a consult and CT scan showing I had a deviated septum. My surgeon had said if I cosmetically wanted to fix the tip of my nose, which has a deep cartilage split at the tip, giving the appearance of a "butt nose"...that it would be a couple of stitches when closing up. But I believe my nose turns up and the skin between the nostrils hangs, due to what I believe was terrible allergies and constant nose itching. What would be the best way to get a cuter shaped nose tip? (Questioner submitted photos)
Dr. Denenberg's answer: Don't let that doctor operate on your nose!
Hi, BriC, "A couple of stitches when closing up" pegs your doctor as someone who knows nothing about rhinoplasty. You must not let him operate on your nose. Changing your "butt nose" requires complicated work on the tip of your nose, using advanced techniques that not all plastic surgeons understand.
