This woman is a wonderful candidate for a face lift, because she has a long, thin neck with thin, loose, drapey skin.  Those factors allow us to obtain an effective pull during the face lift operation, resulting in a maximal benefit along the jaw line and in the upper neck.

Questioner: By looking at these photos of my nose do you think I would be a good candidate for a non surgical nose job?
And if so what has to be done is it possible to make it look smaller because I don't want it to look bigger then what it is
(Questioner submitted photos)

Dr. Denenberg's answer: Non-surgical nose job? Oh god, no.
A non-surgical nose job:
1) can **only** make a nose larger
2) is almost *never* a good idea.

I know there's lots of writing about non-surgical nose jobs out there, but really, 99.99999% of it should be ignored.

You have a hump and a tip that projects strongly forward from your face. Those features are correctable only with a surgical rhinoplasty.

Hope that helps!
