Face lift and peel is an unbeatable combination for the right patient. Face lift for the jowls and some of the excess skin in the neck, peel for all the wrinkles. She also had an upper eyelid blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin in the upper lids. Note the depth of the wrinkles above and below her lips, and the skin irregularities in her right cheek.
