Statement on patient rights

Patients of Denenberg Facial Plastic Surgery have the right to be treated with respect, consideration, and dignity, regardless of age, sex, race, creed, or national origin.

They have the right to privacy during the consultation and total confidentiality concerning all aspects of their care. Their medical records will be kept strictly confidential. Information will be released to other parties only upon approval or when required by law.

They have the right to be given complete information concerning their problem, the recommended form of treatment, the risks of treatment, and the alternate forms of treatment available. They have the right to actively participate in decisions involving their health care. They have the right to full information regarding fees for services and payment policies. They have the right to expect attentive, individualized, comprehensive care, delivered by a board-certified specialist whose prime concern is their satisfaction and well being.
