This weak chin had no strength and no definition before her
augmentation. The chin implant is one of the safest and most predictable
operations that I perform.
I reduced her nasal hump a slight amount, and brought her nose back toward
her face, decreasing its projection, but the chin provided most of the
improvement that you see in these photographs.
