Compare this view with her view 8.  Note that in this view, she is turned a little farther away from the camera: the tip of her nose is sticking out beyond her left cheek, whereas in view #8, she's turned closer to the camera, and the tip of her nose overlaps her left cheek.  We use these different views because on many patients a small difference in viewing angle can make a significant difference in the appearance of the nose.
