This darker oblique view shows the hump, the excess width of the tip cartilages, and a small irregularity along her columella.

The rhinoplasty tutorial contains a chapter that describes how the tip cartilages are narrowed during the operation (the surgery tutorials contain explicit photographs taken during surgery).

Questioner: Please Could You Tell Me What They Can Do to my Nose to Make It Look Smaller. Would It Look Stupid?
I need it smaller asap :(

Dr. Denenberg's answer: Reduce the hump, and bring the nose back closer to your face
Hi,

From your photo, you seem to be a reasonable candidate for a rhinoplasty. See my "Web reference" link for a morph I made of your nose.

I brought the tip of your nose back closer to your face, and reduced the hump. I can't really tell from your photos here, but you may also have strong tip cartilages, and the tip could possibly be reduced in width.
