The frontal view shows us that the nose was shortened a bit as well. We
can see a touch more of her nostrils in the after view. She also has a subtle
finding in the tip of her nose. The two white dots on the tip, which are
the reflections of the flash, are rounder in the after picture, and more oblong
in the before picture. That change often happens when strong tip
cartilages with strong curves are made less prominent during surgery, creating a smaller,
rounder tip.
