From this profile view, just a small elevation of the tip and lessening of
the prominence of the nose makes a big difference. What can be
accomplished in the revision depends heavily on what was done during the first
operation. This woman received a nice result, but on another patient, it
might be impossible to obtain even this much elevation of the tip.
