A rhinoplasty and face lift actually aren't done at the "same time," at least in my office.  I don't like to do a rhinoplasty during the very same operation as a face lift, because I'm afraid that the process of taking care of the face lift will cause the splint on the nose to fall off early.  We perform the two procedures one week apart, face lift first.
