Since this nose was shortened so much, obvious changes are visible even on
the frontal view. The before and after picture each show two white dots on the
tip of the nose, reflections from the flash. In the
after picture, the white dots sit well above the nostrils. On the before
picture, the white dots are below the level of the nostrils.
