This rhinoplasty succeeded in greatly decreasing the length of this nose.  When a nose is made smaller, the skin has to "shrink-wrap" to fit the new framework of the nose, and it usually shrinks up just fine.  This nose was shortened by almost two-thirds of an inch, and the skin responded normally.
