This gentleman had very strong tip cartilages which gave his nose the
impression of a ball on the end. The shape of the "ball" made his nose appear
too long as well, and he had a small convexity along the dorsum.

Hi Louise. Rhinoplasty may be one option. A "smaller", "thinner" nose may be considered more feminine.
