Those of you who are very observant are wondering why he shows more nostril
in the before picture than in the after picture. More nostril usually
means that the nose is shorter, but the nose wasn't lengthened during surgery,
to decrease the amount of nostril shown.
The answer is that the work to bring the tip cartilages closer together and
to decrease his columellar show tucked up the base of his nose and changed
the curves of skin around the tip enough to partially hide the nostrils.
