The hump in the mid-dorsum and the strong tip cartilages gave an
irregular line to the contour of his bridge from this view. After surgery, it is
straighter, and runs down his nose to a slightly smaller tip.

Hi Louise. Rhinoplasty may be one option. A "smaller", "thinner" nose may be considered more feminine.
