When the oblique views of a nose show a hump in the middle of the dorsum, it usually means that the nose is wide in that area.  Her nose was narrowed in its bony part, which is the upper half of the nose.  Narrowing the bones of the nose allows us to see a nice straight dorsum from this oblique view.

This is also a good view to see the columellar show and the strength of the tip cartilages.
