This woman's strong nasal tip cartilages contributed to several of her
concerns about the appearance of her nose. The tip was too wide and
prominent, with a small dent between the tip cartilages. The nose was
longer than we wanted it,
and it was too projecting. She also had
excessive columellar show.
All of those areas were addressed during her operation.
