Trauma to the nose can result in an overgrowth of bone, resulting in a
hump. Visible changes in the nose due to trauma are
often associated with difficulty breathing because the septum is fractured at
the same time as the nose. A rhinoplasty can make the nose look uninjured
again and restore the breathing.

Non-surgical Nose Job Procedures to Reduce Nose Size?
Are there any non-surgical procedures to make my nose smaller, or is surgery my only option?
(Questioner submitted photos)
Dr. Denenberg's answer: Nasal Reduction
Unfortunately, nasal reductioncannot be accomplished without surgical intervention. Nonsurgical rhinoplastyutilizes injectable fillers to correct nasal contour irregularities. Yourparticular deformity will require surgical rhinoplasty and consultation with aboard-certified plastic surgeon.
