Her frontal view shows some of the results of elevating the tip of her nose, but you have to look very closely.  The white dots on the tip, which are the reflections of the flashes, sit higher in relation to her nostrils in the after picture than they do in the before.

Some of the shadowing along her dorsum that we see in the before picture is gone in the after, our indication that the hump was removed.
