The lines and grooves that run from the corner of the mouth up to the nose
are not corrected nearly as well as the lines that run down from the corner of
the mouth. Her thin neck and drapey skin allow us to achieve an excellent
result. Thicker skin and/or a shorter, wider neck decrease the amount of
visible improvement that we can achieve from this operation.
