How much hump was taken off of this nose? The hump in the before
picture appears very small, so that entailed only a small reduction. But as
the tip of the nose was deprojected, more hump had to be removed, to keep
the dorsum from sticking out beyond the tip.
As you bring the tip of the nose back toward the face, you have to bring the
dorsum back closer to the face, too.
