The rhinoplasty operation is, by far, the most difficult operation that plastic surgeons perform, and a revision is far more difficult than a first-time operation.

Why is that?  Because the nose heals underneath the skin by making scar tissue, and that scar tissue makes it much more difficult to get up inside the nose and accomplish the changes we desire.

Questioner: Non-surgical Nose Job Procedures to Reduce Nose Size?
Are there any non-surgical procedures to make my nose smaller, or is surgery my only option?
(Questioner submitted photos)

Dr. Denenberg's answer: Nasal Reduction
Unfortunately, nasal reductioncannot be accomplished without surgical intervention. Nonsurgical rhinoplastyutilizes injectable fillers to correct nasal contour irregularities. Yourparticular deformity will require surgical rhinoplasty and consultation with aboard-certified plastic surgeon.
