If you look closely at her right cheek, you'll see that her skin color isn't
uniform across the entire cheek. That variable pigmentation is a result of
the peel, and it almost always happens with any kind of skin resurfacing
operation. The color change, however, can be hidden with makeup, and the
wrinkles cannot, so this patient doesn't mind.
