Some people can read your mind and blink exactly when you press the shutter
release on the camera. This is the kind of nose that I love to operate on:
a nose where the chances of an excellent result are high.
Removing a hump, or elevating the tip, or narrowing the tip, or
deprojecting the nose are some of the most predictable changes to make
during rhinoplasty, especially if the nose hasn't been operated on before.
Some of the other changes we try to make to noses aren't quite as predictable.
