view (view 2) gave us a hint that her tip was made smaller in this operation, and this oblique view shows us
that the tip indeed was made smaller and a less droopy while the hump was
taken down.

Hi. A non-surgical rhinoplasty cannot remove a hump, nor can it raise a tip. The mechanics are easy: removing a hump and raising a tip would make a nose look smaller, but injecting something *into* the nose can only make it look larger! See?
