This view shows us that the tip was narrowed. Look at the two white
highlights on the tip of the nose. Those white spots are the reflections
of the flashes off of her tip cartilages. The two
white dots are smaller, more uniform, closer together, and elevated in position in the after
picture.
Her dorsum also appears more uniform in the after picture.
